Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Solar Operations Manager
to oversee the installation and development of solar energy systems
for residential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of residential solar
installations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project
completion
Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, providing updates and
addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate project
documentation throughout the installation process
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in residential solar energy systems or
renewable energy project management
In-depth knowledge of solar technology, installation processes, and
industry standards
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with solar design software and project management
tools
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to solar
energy systems
