A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead
and develop its human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full cycle clinical team recruitment strategy and maintain a
strong candidate pipeline
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal
compliance
Build HR infrastructure to support rapid growth and foster a
positive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup
environment
Experience overseeing clinical recruitment and understanding
healthcare hiring
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and
procedures
Strong discretion in handling confidential employee information
