A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy & Marketing Manager
to lead customer advocacy programs and amplify customer
stories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a customer advocacy and marketing
strategy
Manage customer advocacy programs and success campaigns
Create case studies and testimonials to showcase customer
success
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in customer advocacy or related roles
Background in enterprise software, ideally in high-growth
environments
Proven ability to build and execute customer advocacy programs
Strong storytelling and content creation skills
BS/BA degree required; MBA is a plus
