Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and
manage the engineering, product, design, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own multiple product lines and understand current product and
engineering capabilities
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth and report
on performance to senior leadership
Spearhead strategic initiatives and improve talent density across
the organization
Required Qualifications
Over 10 years of relevant engineering experience building web
applications at scale
Experience as an engineering and product leader at an early-stage
startup
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
Proven track record in hiring, onboarding, and coaching engineering
teams
Ability to manage budgets, planning, and people management within
the organization
