A company is looking for a Talent & Culture Engagement
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full hiring process from initial conversations to offers,
including ATS setup and interview strategies
Source and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future
hiring needs
Enhance recruitment processes and strategies while collaborating
with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Proven success in sourcing and closing hard-to-find candidates,
particularly in technical fields
Strong negotiation and closing skills with knowledge of
compensation and market trends
Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time
management skills
Must be primarily located in the contiguous US and authorized to
work in the US
