Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Analyst, Sales Strategy &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Mid Market AMER team by creating reporting and
analytics for sales operations
Analyze sales metrics and collaborate with technical teams to
develop reporting requirements
Participate in change management projects and support fiscal year
planning and target setting
Required Qualifications
Over 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Strategy,
BizOps, or Analytics within a B2B environment
Ability to operate independently in a fast-changing environment
Experience with reporting tools and strong Excel/Google Sheets
skills
Expertise in building real-time dashboards from CRM data,
particularly SFDC
Proven ability to enhance business processes and communicate data
insights effectively
