Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the ChurnZero platform to track customer
interactions and monitor customer health
Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for
improvement and growth
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and implement
strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a customer success or operations role,
preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Experience using ChurnZero or a similar customer success
platform
Experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a plus
