This position is for a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with

Effectors Directorate is a multi-discipline organization
responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon
products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the
development lifecycle for test. We are hands-on, designing with the
latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test

Typical work involves designing interface assemblies, selection and
integration with test instruments and environments, to develop a
test system for all RTX products. These core activities may be
performed for both lab engineering and factory production test
systems. The candidate will contribute to the completion of all
stages of test product development and will be responsible for
leading the technical, cost and schedule aspects of their assigned
projects. They will be expected to act in a leadership capacity as
a part of their team or independently, to uncover and resolve
issues associated with the development and implementation of test

- You will be a leader of multidiscipline engineering teams
performing design, development, and integration of RMD test
products within TSPT.
- Typical work involves the development of both engineering and
production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling,
technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and
analysis
- You will lead the completion of all stages of test product
development, and will be responsible for performing technical, cost
and schedule management of the assigned projects.
- You will be expected to lead, either as a part of the team or
independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the
development and implementation of test products. Qualifications You
Must Have:
- Previous work experience with electrical engineering design
and/or analysis tools such as: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital,
Creo Schematic, or equivalent
- Experience with analog, digital, and/or RF design
- Experience designing, testing or integrating digital, mixed
signal, and/or electrical system interconnects
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering
or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant
experience unless prohibited, or an Advanced Degree in a related
field and minimum experience 7 years
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for
a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with
commonly used test equipment, such as: Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network
Analyzers, Power Meters, etc.Current/Active DoD security clearance
or SSBI.ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation
standard.Experience developing and implementing functional
strategy, establishing and improving processes, standards or
operational plans for work area that will have impact on the
achievement of functional results. Recognized master of test
systems, design and development, having deep knowledge of theory
and organizational practices within test development.Communicates
with parties within and outside of own function, and typically has
responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the
organization, (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.). Tasking may include
conducting briefings with senior leaders, executive leadership
regarding matters of significant importance to the organization or
programWorks to influence others to accept job function's
view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and

- 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
