• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • Job Details
  • TMC orientation is held twice a month. Upcoming orientation dates are 4/7/2025, 4/21/2025, 5/5/2025, and 5/19/2025.
  • 13 wks - Valid AZ RN license req - BLS, NIHSS req (Certs must be current & cannot expire w/n 30 days of start) - ACLS preferred - Min 2+ yrs MS/Tele exp - EPIC required - Will float w/n scope of practice - 4 wknd shifts/ contract - Full contract length required - Do not submit to multiple positions - NO LOCALS
  • LPN + RN team nursing ratio 8:1; TEAM NURSING MODEL- you will be asked to confirm at time of offer that you have discussed the ratios and LPN team nursing model for this unit with your traveler.
    • Job Requirements
    • Valid AZ RN license required
    • Minimum 2+ years of MS/Tele experience
    • Certifications must be current and cannot expire within 30 days of start
    • EPIC experience required
    • Full contract length required
    • Must float within scope of practice
      • Schedule Information
      • 4 weekend shifts per contract

        • TEAM NURSING MODEL - you will be asked to confirm at time of offer that you have discussed the ratios and LPN team nursing model for this unit with your traveler.
