In this role, you would perform duties such as:* Performing Patient Intakes* Assists in and performs procedures within scope of LPN practice* Ability to anticipate, identify, and respond to patient needs* Complete all administrative and non-clerical activities using EPIC_*If you have the following:*_* Technical Capability* Thoroughness* Patient-Centered Customer Service* Time Management* Problem Solving* Collaborative_*If you meet the minimum qualifications:*_* A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)* Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing from Arizona State Board of Nursing* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification from an approved and accredited program.* Employees in this position are required to have reliable transportation that can meet any operational reassignments of the organization during the workday.
