Job Description:

A company is looking for an Activity & Outreach Coordinator responsible for overseeing therapeutic activities and leading outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement activity and recreation programs for participants
Complete regulatory documentation and assist in strategic planning initiatives
Coordinate outreach efforts and manage incoming referrals for the agency

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years' experience working with the aging population
Therapeutic recreation specialist or activity professional certification required
Computer proficiency required
