Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide support for phone
services
Document customer interactions and forward specific inquiries for
resolution
Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish
One year of previous call center experience
Ability to attend and complete a 100% classroom training
program
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficient in using computers and resolving minor technical
issues
