A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness
Specialist to enhance organizational capabilities and support
business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute organizational effectiveness programs aligned
with strategic objectives
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess and enhance
organizational health and performance
Facilitate workshops and collect data to drive continuous
improvement in change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources,
Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in organizational development, HR, or
related roles
High data fluency with the ability to analyze and interpret data
for decision-making
Knowledge of change management frameworks and tools
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with advanced time
management abilities
