Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to manage the
procurement of parts and services for clinical engineering
equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and prioritize procurement requests based on urgency and
critical need
Create and submit purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring compliance
with procurement policies
Communicate with suppliers to track orders and resolve any issues
related to delivery
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in purchasing or supply
chain preferred
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred, especially in the healthcare
industry
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change
Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule as needed
