Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews and manage logistics for candidates and
interviewers
Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the
recruitment process
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to track candidate progress
and improve interview processes
Required Qualifications
0-1 years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience
preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing needs
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus
