A fantastic Women's Services opportunity has opened up for an Administrative Nurse Director Perinatal Services L&D in a beautiful and widely respected Sunny Arizona hospital. The Nurse Director Perinatal Services L&D will oversee all department operations and oversight for the Women's Services Department that will include high risk pregnancy L&D, Mother Baby Unit, a Level III NICU, Pediatrics, PICU, and more. This position will have the support of Nurse Managers for each unit and will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.The Administrative Nurse Director L&D will have their Master's Degree, and strong Director Women's Services experience to oversee 300+ FTE's. The Administrative Nurse Director Perinatal Services will be able to grow and develop the Nurse Management in the department and strengthen physician relationships.
