This includes delivering meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between mealsHelp patients with personal hygiene.Provide patients with bedpans, help with baths, shampoos and showers.Provide adjunct care for the patient, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings and therapeutic baths.Check vital signs and record daily information in the patients chart.Assist the nurses and other staff as needed.Adhere to professional standards, follow the policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements.Observe patients conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to the charge/staff nurse as soon as possible.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to successfully pass ADPS Fingerprint Background Screening and Drug TestActive, Non-Probationary Arizona CNA LicenseActive BLS CertificationAbility to Move/Lift A Minimum of 100 PoundsAbility to Speak, Read, and Write EnglishPreferred Qualifications:One Year CNA ExperienceOne Year Skilled Nursing Facility ExperienceBenefits & Pay: PTO & Sick Leave Holiday Pay Daily Pay 401k matching Flexible scheduleSandstone of Tucson is an Equal Opportunity EmployerIND123by Jobble
