Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist,
LCSW, LMHC to provide virtual individual counseling as part of an
integrated care team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to members virtually through individual
counseling
Create detailed care plans using innovative tools, including goal
setting and outcome tracking
Track and document patient progress and clinical findings while
collaborating with care teams
Required Qualifications and Education
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent clinical level license
Must possess an unrestricted New York license
3+ years' experience providing individual counseling
Competency in providing counseling services to a diverse population
using various approaches
Passionate about transforming behavioral healthcare as a trusted
partner
