Responsibilities include: Coordinate the involvement of key personnel including Autonomous Systems' sales, product management, support, training, and executive management to meet DB performance objectives and expectations using the knowledge of Komatsu Distribution Network; Mining Operations; Legal and Contract Negotiation; and Intellectual Property Protection & Licensing.

The position requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or foreign equivalent and five (5) years of experience as a Commerical Manager, Contracts Manager, Finance Manager, Legal Counsel, or Legal Manager.
