Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting. May oversee pre- and post-operative care of patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others.EducationRequired: Bachelors degree in Nursing or Bachelors degree within 2 years of employment in the role.Preferred: Masters degree ( i.e. MSN, MHA or MBA).ExperienceRequired: Five (5) years of relevant professional experience, including three (1) year in leadership.Licenses/CertificationsRequired: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license and American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLSPreferred: Nationally recognized certification in area of expertise, CNOR.Northwest Medical Center (NMC) is a 287-bed hospital, seven urgent care facilities, a freestanding emergency center, Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation, Women's Center, and a large physician group, we offer you a variety of settings in which to work.
