A premiere Southern Arizona Medical Center is currently searching for a clinically confident and astute Nurse Manager PACU to become the newest member of the perioperative leadership team. The PACU Nurse Manager will oversee a staff of over 75 full time employees, and will be supported by 2 Assistant Paranesthesia Nurse Managers. The Post Anesthesia Care Unit Manager will report directly to the Director of Surgical Services. This renowned Medical Center consistently ranks in the upper echelon of US Hospitals. Annually the Recovery Room Nurse Manager will oversee more than 25,000 procedures in this Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The unit is made up 40 beds, with 10 being located in pre-assessment. The Nurse Manager will see a variety of cases, with special emphasis on Cardiology Orthopedics and Neurological Surgery. The Post Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse Manager is expected to lead this staff, and continue to raise the bar of excellence the Medical Center is nationally known for their premiere level of care. Located in the Southern Arizona the PACU Nurse Manager will have the opportunity to work in one of the nations sunniest region.
