Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager, CLM to
transform their Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage the operational success of all LRC-owned
agreement types on the Ironclad CLM platform
Oversee the Ironclad implementation and drive product strategy to
ensure alignment with business needs
Provide training and support to improve CLM users' ability to
leverage Ironclad effectively
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in contract management processes and
technology, preferably in a SaaS environment
4+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design in
the legal and compliance space
Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM and related
certifications
Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively
with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated high ethical standards and ability to handle
confidential information
