A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Transformation &
Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to research and integrate next-generation practices and
solutions
Design and implement innovative technologies, including automation
and AI systems
Collaborate with executive leadership to manage strategic
transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA
preferred)
15+ years of experience in innovation, transformation, or
operations leadership
Proven track record of implementing large-scale transformation
projects
Expertise in warehouse and fulfillment technologies, including
automation
Strong understanding of project portfolio management and KPIs
