Job Description:
A company is looking for a Zulu Transcription Team Manager to
oversee a team of transcribers and manage transcription
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor team progress and performance to ensure timely project
completion
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
Provide support and troubleshoot issues reported by
transcribers
Required Qualifications
Full proficiency in the Zulu language
Professional work experience in Linguistics, Translation,
Transcription, or localization
Proficiency in computer skills on both MAC and PC platforms
Ability to onboard within two weeks
Experience using Upwork is preferred
