Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Support to lead and scale
their Support Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Support team to achieve high customer satisfaction scores
by effectively resolving issues
Establish processes and interfaces between Support and other
functions to streamline issue resolution
Develop a high-performing support engineering team capable of
independently handling sophisticated customer needs
Qualifications
Over 7 years of experience in technical support or services for an
enterprise product
More than 4 years of experience managing, hiring, and training
Technical Support teams
Experience with Python, SQL, and modern data products
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS or Google
Cloud)
Expertise in scaling support across time zones with process
development and ticketing systems
