Growth engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs,
and engineers
Contribute to product ideation and development of client and
backend features
Create and measure experiments to analyze customer engagement and
growth patterns
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with a product mindset and influencing product
strategy
Proficiency in backend and client development
Experience in user-focused design
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic
environment
Adaptable development and iterative mindset
