world.The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the Factory's
leadership team through support of factory wide efforts. The Senior
Manufacturing Engineer will support the factory operations by
alleviating technical and logistical issues, providing corrective
action for quality issues, and provide optimization for design and
manufacturing opportunities.Depending on the needs of the factory
and program, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer would also learn
production and programmatic operations and employ their
manufacturing skill set in planning and execution collaboratively
between the factory and they program. They use the systems and
tools to assist overall success while focusing on cost, quality,
and schedule. They also build technical depth in the manufacturing
processes, are a liaison to the program representing the factory's
interest, and they are accountable for improvement and
optimization.What You Will DoApply manufacturing engineering
skillsets across the extended value stream to resolve constraints
and improve process and product designsLeverage knowledge and
technical skills to influence business decisions and results from
new designs to recurring productionDesign, control, and improve the
producibility of products through collaboration with a
multi-disciplined teamLead and coordinate projects, efforts and
improvements across the extended value streamsAct as the
manufacturing and producibility authority within the programAct as
a mentor and trainer to manufacturing engineersIdentify and resolve
constraints across the programParticipate in corrective action
investigationProvide technical input and peer review to engineering
design changesProvide technical guidance and problem solving to
factory engineersParticipation in ERB/CCB, LOB, production
increment planning, the program Ops representativeProviding
Effectivities for Variances/IR's/CN'sHelp with communication
between the factory and the program:Informing program of major
factory issuesInforming factory of major program changesKeeping the
factory informed when items such as VAR's, CN's get approved at
board that would affect their hardwareCommunicating across
different factory levelsCreating and managing Material Master and
MBOM requestsAddressing large scale quality issues that affect the
factoryUnderstanding the configurations of hardware that are
planned to be built for a contract, and helping to ensure the
factory is preparedAssist with future contract proposals by
providing the BOMS for applicable hardware configurations and other
tasksQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's in
Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum
5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a
related field and minimum 3 years experience.Ability to obtain and
maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access
(ATF).The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued
security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as
only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

always.The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role,
function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
