Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Accounting Biller to support
billing and accounts receivable activities in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Add and update projects in Deltek Vision
Prepare invoice packages for approval by Project Managers
Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 3 years of
related experience
Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is
highly desired
Advanced Excel skills required
Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus
Strong commitment to ethical practices and collaboration in a
diverse team
